DNPPP Rules of Procedure

The Internal Regulations of the National Directorate for Public-Private Partnerships, as an organic and structuring document for this important National Directorate in the field of PPPs, have the main function of laying down its duties and the powers of its bodies. In summary, the DNPPP is the central unit for planning, conducting and monitoring PPPs. This is evident from the structure laid down in the Internal Regulations, which distinguishes, in addition to the top management, two departments: Department for Structuring Public-Private Partnerships and Department for Monitoring Public-Private Partnerships. The competencies of the various bodies, including the top management and members of the departments, cover the entire PPP procedure provided for in the Law and the Law’s Regulations, making the DNPPP the body responsible for coordinating all PPPs, in dialogue with the sectoral departments involved and other transversal departments.
